JagoTrack.com presents itself as a full-service cryptocurrency exchange offering spot and futures trading, swaps, staking, crypto lending and referral rewards.
The website claims to provide cold-wallet storage, multilayer security and a global team. However, the platform’s legal identity, regulatory status and withdrawal reliability are difficult to verify independently. More importantly, recent users have alleged that they were asked to deposit additional cryptocurrency before being allowed to withdraw.
A recently created exchange website
Public domain records cited in recent discussions show that jagotrack.com was registered on March 9, 2026.
This gives the platform only a short independently verifiable operating history. The website itself uses a 2026 copyright notice and does not provide evidence of operating under an older domain or established exchange brand.
A new domain does not prove misconduct, but it is a material risk factor when the website accepts cryptocurrency deposits, provides leveraged futures trading and claims to store customer assets.
Who operates JagoTrack?
JagoTrack’s privacy material names DIGITALK DASH Limited, described as a UK company, as the operator of the platform. (jagotrack.com)
However, potential customers still need to verify:
- the exact UK company-registration number;
- its registered office and directors;
- whether that company genuinely controls jagotrack.com;
- which entity receives customer cryptocurrency;
- whether the company holds any required crypto-asset authorization.
A company registration, even when genuine, is not automatically a financial or cryptocurrency licence.
During this review, I did not find a clearly displayed FCA registration or another major regulatory authorization covering JagoTrack’s exchange, futures, lending and custody services.
The platform offers high-risk financial products
JagoTrack advertises several products through one account:
- spot cryptocurrency trading;
- leveraged futures;
- token swaps;
- staking rewards;
- crypto lending;
- a referral program.
The sign-up and account pages describe access to wallets, trading tools and a protected account area. (jagotrack.com)
These services create different types of risk. Futures trading can produce rapid leveraged losses, while staking and lending require clear information about custody, counterparties and how customer returns are generated.
The public pages reviewed do not provide enough detail about liquidity providers, proof of reserves, custody partners or independently audited financial statements.
Complaint about paying more to withdraw
A recent Reddit user alleged that they performed cryptocurrency arbitrage through JagoTrack but were then told to deposit additional money before making a withdrawal. Another comment in the same discussion described being unable to recover an existing balance after a similar demand.
A separate Facebook post repeats the allegation that JagoTrack required an additional deposit before withdrawal. (Facebook)
These are individual user allegations, not court or regulatory findings. Nevertheless, the described pattern is an important warning sign.
A legitimate exchange may conduct KYC checks or deduct disclosed trading and network fees. It should not normally require a new external cryptocurrency deposit merely to release an existing account balance.
Displayed balances must be verified on-chain
A balance shown inside JagoTrack is not the same as cryptocurrency visible in a blockchain wallet.
Before trusting any claimed profit, bonus or arbitrage result, users should request:
- the relevant transaction hash;
- the sending wallet address;
- the receiving wallet address;
- confirmation on a public blockchain explorer;
- a clear explanation of all applicable fees.
If support cannot produce an actual transaction hash for a claimed withdrawal, there is no independent evidence that the transfer was initiated.
Automated security warnings
Gridinsoft has reportedly assigned JagoTrack a 1/100 trust score and classified the domain as a high-risk cryptocurrency website.
Automated security scores are not legal findings and may produce false positives. However, they become more relevant when combined with a recent domain, limited corporate transparency and allegations involving pay-before-withdrawal demands.
Warning signs to watch for
Stop sending money if JagoTrack or a representative requests:
- an AML or verification deposit;
- tax paid to a crypto wallet;
- a VIP account upgrade before withdrawal;
- a liquidity or arbitrage settlement fee;
- wallet activation funds;
- another trade to release the original balance;
- remote access to your phone or computer.
Never provide a seed phrase, private key or exchange password to anyone claiming to represent customer support.
Final assessment
JagoTrack.com should be treated as a very high-risk cryptocurrency platform until its operator, regulatory status, custody arrangements and withdrawal process can be independently confirmed.
The strongest concern is the combination of a recently created domain and public allegations that users were asked to deposit more cryptocurrency before withdrawing existing funds.
Potential customers should not rely on internal balances, promotional bonuses or arbitrage profits without blockchain evidence. Existing users should avoid making additional payments merely because support describes them as the final step required for withdrawal.
What to do if you already deposited
Submit a written request to withdraw the full balance and preserve:
- dashboard screenshots;
- deposit and withdrawal records;
- cryptocurrency wallet addresses;
- blockchain transaction hashes;
- emails and support-chat messages;
- referral or promotional links;
- every request for an additional payment.
Contact the cryptocurrency exchange used to send the original transfer and provide the destination wallet address and transaction hash. Do not pay further tax, verification, VIP or account-release charges.
